Grrr... No OS/X 10.3 preinstalled yet

Just got off the phone with apple's sales support folk. Despite having launched Panther, OS/X 10.3, this past week, it's not yet preinstalled on powerbook hardware ordered today, and they couldn't tell me when it would be. Right now, it's a $20.00 upgrade. Ugh. Now I still have to wait to get my powerbook.
